TROY - HAPPY TO BE BACK IN THE SADDLE.
Troy was back in action at the Eurospeedway Lausitz tests this weekend and was more then happy at the end of the second day. He has now fully recovered from his recent bout of chickenpox and straightaway got down to work testing some new parts and finding a good set-up at the 4.265 kilometre circuit. There were no problems during the first two days and he was happy with the progress made. Noriyuki Haga topped the standings at the end of day two, but the lap times are all very close - especially the times on race tyres.
TROY
After chickenpox and Misano, I was really happy to be back in the saddle again and working with the bike. I gave the bike a bit of a run-out at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last weekend, but that was just a demo for the spectators. In Lausitz we’ve been testing some new bits and pieces and trying out some of the ideas we don’t have time to try during a regular race weekend. So far, I’m happy with the test and looking forward to a good weekend at Brno in the next race.
