The
Po' Boys - favourite band of the top World Superbike stars - are making their debut appearance in front of an Italian crowd at the infamous
Rolling Stone nightclub in Milan, on Sunday May 13th. The British punk/rock/pop sensation have a huge following in the UK, and have become the favourite choice for many of the UK's top bikesport events. The Po' Boys play something for everybody, ranging from late 70s/early 80s underground/punk through to some of the latest 90s favourites. The majority of the band's material are well-known cover versions but they also play original songs of their own. With the punk revolution making a huge recent comeback in the music and fashion industries, the party looks set to be a huge hit. It is expected that many of the top names of World Superbikes and World Supersport will be present to enjoy and support their favourite band [note: the band's drummer is none other than James Whitham - 600 Supersport racer for the Italian based works BELGARDA YAMAHA TEAM, which is delighted to support Jamie and his band at the concert]. The event will start at 8.30pm with the band headlining around 9.30pm.
Rolling Stone is situated very close to the beautiful Duomo in down-town Milan. |
