  • referring to the possibility of using your data by View Point you have the possibility to exercise the rights as per art. 13 of Italian Law 675/96.
  • View Point, according to Italian Law n. 675/96 is the owner of the data treatments;
  • all the datas will be kept in our offices in Vimercate (MI) Italy, Via Torri Bianche, 1 for all the time established by the regulations and laws;
  • the treatment of your data can be done by other people or third parts to which View Point will recognize the possibility to access them;

  • according to art. 13 of Italian Law n. 675/96 the user has the right to verify his own datas, to modify, ask for their correction, the integration, the cancellation, or to stop their use.
