After a hard World Superbike Championship season spent selecting pole positions and times, the Official Troy Corser Internet Website finally has its end-of-season winner of the 'Pole Game'.

At the start of the season, we informed Troy Corser website visitors that all they had to do was guess the pole winner and pole time at each round of the spectacular 12-race World Superbike Championship, accumulating points throughout the season. They would then stand a chance of winning a set of Troy's original Ducati leathers, used during the season's races!

Well, after totalling up the points, the winner was DAVE NAPOLITANO from Canada, who will receive the winning leathers from Troy Corser in a 'virtual' ceremony ('virtual' in the sense that Dave will be unable to appear!) at theBologna International Motor Show in Italy from 5-13 December, an end-of-season manifestation which always sees the participation of the factory Ducati riders in various events and shows (the Ducati factory at Borgo Panigale being just a stone's throw away from the trade fair).

Congratulations therefore to DAVE NAPOLITANO for winning the grand prize and hope you proudly put it to good use (i.e. wear it!). A big thanks and commiserations from Troy Corser to all participants throughout the season (an impressive average of 200 entrants per race from all over the world!) and join up with Troy next year in his attempt to win the World Superbike Championship once again!
