This model, produced by Axo Sport SpA, is based on a special design by Aprilia specially for Troy. It is made from materials chosen by Troy himself and, since he is very concerned about safety, makes no concessions to weight.

The following materials are used in the construction of these leathers: Pieno Fiore cowhide. After the tanning process, the pores are retained to help the hide breathe. 

The leather used is 1.4mm thick - which is approximately 0.2 mm thicker then usual. Troy prefers to be well protected even if it means having to wear a heavier suit. The seams are made from Kevlar thread. Inside the leathers are plastic protections on the shoulders, knees, elbows and shinbones. Near the hips is special padding to provide greater comfort.

For races where temperatures are quite high, the leathers are perforated, whilst for races in colder conditions the leathers are unperforated.
