I am very flattered and very honoured to announce that I have been invited as a Baton Relay runner for the Melbourne 2006 Queens Baton Relay. The baton's journey will culminate with the reading of the message at the opening ceremony of the Melburne 2006 Commonwealth Games.
The run will take place in the Phillip Island area on 2nd March, the Thursday prior to Phillip Island. Phillip Island is on Day 37 of the baton's 50 day journey around Australia. Phillip Island is the second round of the 2006 World Superbike Championship.
