Sam and Kalani have made it home. Both are doing really great. It is so good to have them home. It now feels like it's always been this way.
Kalani is an absolute star. He is working into a great routine, eating and sleeping well. Sam and I are finding time to keep on top of things. We took our son out for his first outing yesterday and went out for lunch. He slept from door to door! It was amazing. Last night we took him out again for a couple of hours, we are very proud to show him off!!! Again he was great. He sits around taking everything in and checking out his new environment then drops off to sleep. Him and Sam are communicating great, working out their routine and enjoying being home. Sam feels so much happier at home, with us all together, and is getting some good hours sleep in when he is sleeping. Its amazing how much better you sleep in your own bed!
Can't believe its his birthday tomorrow... 1 week old already. Time is just gonna fly by in front of our eyes now, watching him grow. It's great.
